BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – First, it was former Philippine First Lady Imelda Marcos who accused Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump of plagiarizing her husband Ferdinand E. Marcos’ famous campaign line, “This nation will be great again.” Now it is Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s turn and is suing the real estate mogul.

The Jindal campaign said it will file the plagiarism lawsuit against Trump in superior court this morning.
The suit alleges that Trump copied Jindal’s campaign slogan of “Tanned. Tested. Ready.” It was a theme printed on limited-edition 2016 presidential campaign t-shirts designed and distributed by the Jindal camp.
Trump’s campaign released a poster, albeit tweaked a little bit, that had the slogan, “Blonde. Fired Up. Ready.”
Jindal criticized Trump not only for lack of originality, but also for racist overtures on his plagiarized slogan.
