Vice President Leni Robredo wasted no time and asked her spokesperson, Barry Gutierrez, to prepare her Presidential acceptance speech.
”Please immediately draft my address to the nation so we could go on Facebook Live as soon as possible,” she told Gutierrez.
However, Gutierrez informed Robredo that Duterte also announced that Facebook will be banned in the Philippines.
