IMMIGRATION OFFICIALS ‘HIGH’ WHEN THEY ISSUED DEPORTATION ORDER FOR U.S. MARINE CHARGED WITH THE MURDER OF FILIPINO TRANSGENDER WOMAN

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials admitted that they were ‘high’ on drugs when they ordered the deportation of US Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton, the primary suspect in the murder of Filipino transgender woman Jennifer Laude in October of last year.

Laude, 26, was found dead in the bathroom of a motel in Olongapo City. An autopsy report said that she died by asphyxiation due to drowning and strangulation.

According to witnesses, Laude was last seen checking in at the motel with Pemberton. The two had met at a nearby bar, where Pemberton was spending the night with fellow servicemen from the USS Peleliu, after participating in US-Philippines joint military exercises in Subic.

The BI order was based on guidelines calling for the deportation of “undesirable aliens.” Criminal offense is sufficient ground to declare an alien “undesirable,” the BI said.

Pemberton is currently being detained at a US facility inside Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.

Almost immediately following BI’s announcement of the deportation order, LGBT activists and legal luminaries criticized the agency for preempting the results of the ongoing murder trial. “How can the agency order the expulsion of a foreigner who is facing murder charges? It almost sends the wrong message that if a foreigner commits a crime in the Philippines, he would face deportation and escape punishment,” they said.

‘How about the BI shut up and wait for the trial to proceed before making such a stupid announcement,” a Manila transgender activist said.

Realizing their misjudgment and incompetency, top officials of BI issued an apology. “We should have realized that if Pemberton were convicted, he’d be facing imprisonment in the Philippines. We didn’t mean to imply that we will be deporting a convicted murderer and setting him free by expelling him from the country,” they added.

Meanwhile, LGBT activists are planning to sue BI officials for incompetency and lack of common sense.

PFIZER ANNOUNCES PHASE THREE CLINICAL TRIALS FOR INVESTIGATIVE NEW DRUG TO CURE HOMOSEXUALITY

_71186900_c0030729-x_and_y_chromosomes-spl NEW YORK, New York (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – Pfizer, the same drug manufacturing company that distributes viagra, the erectile dysfunction pill for men, has announced that it is now recruiting participants for Phase 3 clinical trials on a new investigative drug that could reverse homosexuality.

The New York-based company told reporters that it has successfully completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of its clinical trials of a yet unnamed biochemical that would alter the Y chromosome in homosexual men.

In humans, a single gene (SRY) present on the Y chromosome acts as a signal to set the developmental pathway towards maleness. Presence of this gene starts off the process of virilization.

In earlier clinical trials, the biochemical has shown to activate the SRY gene that would restore the balance in the Y chromosome of gay men.

Phase 2 clinical trials results showed that 99.9% of the gay men in the study who were given the biochemical developed the SRY gene, compared to 0% of those who were given the placebo.

Pfizer is confident of continued success in its Phase 3 clinical trials and hopes to begin the process of applying for FDA marketing approval shortly after the conclusion of the trials.

Enrollment in the Phase 3 trials is ongoing. Gay men interested in participating in the trials are encouraged to call Pfizer or visit their website for more details.

Upon hearing of the Pfizer announcement, all of the Republican presidential candidates except for Ohio Governor John Kasich, congratulated the drug company for its overwhelming success in its Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials for this anti-gay drug.

So if viagra is the purple pill, will the new anti-gay drug be the rainbow pill?

BICYCLISTS WANT TO [OVER]RULE SAN FRANCISCO

SAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – They already have their own green-painted lanes in the streets of San Francisco. Now they also want immunity from traffic enforcement.

A San Francisco bike group unhappy with a crackdown on cyclists who run stop signs is protesting the law by obeying it in critical mass style.

On Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., the bicycle advocacy group, Wigg Party, plans to ride the Wiggle route, a popular San Francisco thoroughfare, in single file and stop at every single stop sign. The goal? To create an inevitable traffic jam for bikers and motorists alike.

It’s bad enough that half the lanes in each direction on the city’s major thoroughfares are already reserved for buses and taxis, but now private cars have to share the other half with bicyclists. It has turned San Francisco streets into a hodge-podge of red and green lanes, with private cars caught in between.

The Wigg Party argues that motorists should be taking mass public transportation instead of driving their cars in the city. “Well and good, ” a motorist argued back, “except that riding a bicycle is hardly considered mass transportation either.”

But bicyclists sure know how to rule the streets and overrule San Francisco’s laws. Through critical mass.

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee has threatened that if the bicyclists don’t behave, he will have to deputize the Dykes on Bikes to enforce San Francisco’s laws. Yeah, who needs the National Guard?
