MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Remember when the Phlippine News Agency (PNA) used the wrong logo of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for  its news story?

Yes, that was the news story that used the logo of Dole, the pineapple company, instead of that of the government agency.

Well, this time it was Rappler that made a booboo.

In its headline story about Philippine Airlines (PAL) paying up on the billions its owed the government, Rappler used the wrong logo.  It used that of the U.S.-based online payment company, PayPal.

But at least, Rappler conveyed the correct message that PAL paid.
