Sarah Palin Says She Is Ready To Dump Trump

imageAMES, Iowa — Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor who became a Tea Party sensation and a favorite of grass-roots conservatives, has spoken out for the first time on the 2016 U.S. presidential elections and asked voters the question, “Are you ready to dump Trump?”

“Are you ready for the leader to make America great again?” Palin said with Mr. Trump by her side at a rally at Iowa State University. “Then you must dump Trump.”

The Republican frontrunner presidential candidate was not expecting the comment from Palin.  Immediately after the rally, Trump posted  his own criticism about the 2008 vice-presidential candidate, saying, “What is wrong with this woman? She has blood coming out of her eyes, and her mouth, and from her whatever.” His post is reminiscent of a similar comment he said of FOX News commentator and debate moderator Megyn Kelly who had called him out on his mysoginistic record.

It turns out that, because of poor audio at the rally, Trump misheard Palin who actually said, “Are you ready to stump for Trump?”

Well, so much for Palin endorsing Trump.

WASILLA, Alaska (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – Shortly after going public about his status as an undocumented immigrant in the U.S., Pulitzer Prize-winning Filipino journalist Jose Antonio Vargas established Define American, a non-profit media and culture organization that seeks to elevate the conversation around immigration and citizenship in America.

Now, former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin has just launched a copycat grassroots organization she is calling Speak American. It is a movement she hopes will quickly spread throughout America that will unequivocally make American (read: U.S. English) the required and only language people  — documented and undocumented alike — speak while in the U.S. She urged netizens to start using the hashtag #SpeakAmerican.

The launch of the movement follows Palin’s recent television interview during which she stated that Spanish-speaking people should ‘speak American’ while in the U.S.  She was responding to a question regarding Donald Trump’s criticism of fellow Republican candidate Jeb Bush who spoke in fluent Spanish during one of his campaign appearances.

As she unveiled the new grassroots movement, Palin released a new video of a thirteen-year-old girl from Alaska which she says demonstrates the kind of American language skill that all young people living in the U.S. should emulate:

SARAH PALIN: ‘POPE FRANCIS MUST SPEAK AMERICAN WHEN HE VISITS THE U.S.’

imageWASILLA, Alaska (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – In an interview with CNN last week, former Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin said that Spanish-speaking people must speak American while here in the U.S. And that includes Pope Francis.

The head of the Roman Catholic Church is scheduled to visit the United States on September 22-27, during which he will meet with President and Mrs. Obama, address a joint session of Congress, deliver a speech before the United Nations General Assembly and keynote a huge religious gathering in Philadelphia.

The Argentinian pontiff has said time and again that he is not comfortable speaking in English.  Spanish is his native language.

So when Francis presides over a mass in Washington, D.C. on September 23, he is going to say it in Spanish, according to Cardinal Donald William Wuerl. “It is also in honor of the huge U.S. Hispanic population and the Catholic Church’s advocacy of immigration,” the Cardinal said.

That didn’t sit well with Palin who was baptized a Catholic but began attending non-denominational Christian churches when she was young. At the age of 12, Palin was baptized in the Wasilla Assembly of God, a Pentecostal church whose preacher bordered on fundamentalist.

“While I appreciate the fact that Spanish is the Pope’s first language, I believe that as I previously stated, he should speak American while in America,” Palin said.
