SWS Files For Bankruptcy

EC2DA121-1F07-47D2-AB85-2104F74EBBF1MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Just days after it released the latest satisfaction and trust survey on President Rodrigo Duterte, the polling group, Social Weather Stations (SWS) announced it was filing for bankruptcy.

The SWS decision was prompted by new, emerging online technology which enables individuals to conduct online polling involving as many as 20,000 respondents.

SWS surveys normally involves up to 1,500 respondents chosen at random.

Many have questioned the polling group’s methodology, politics and its “leading questions” in their surveys.

A recent online survey on Facebook showed overwhelming distrust of Senator Antonio Trillanes who said that the recent SWS survey showing a drop in Duterte’s approval and trust ratings shows that “Filipinos are starting to see the light.”

Another online survey is now gathering votes to determine the true satisfaction and trust ratings of Duterte.

”We cannot complete with online surveys on Facebook, Survey Monkey or Polldaddy,” an SWS spokesman told The Adobo Chronicles.

BREAKING: Twitter To Test 280-Character Limit, Starting With Trump

IMG_5396.PNGSAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – For years, Twitter account holders have been frustrated about the 140-character limit for tweets.  It’s just not enough to finish a thought or express an opinion.

No one was more frustrated than Donald Trump, who even as president of the United States, relies on Twitter to communicate with the American people — followers and critics alike.

Well, today, the San Francisco-based social media giant announced it would be rolling out a beta version of a 280-word Twitter that doubles the original character limit.

In respect for the Office of the President, Twitter said that Trump will be among the first account holders to avail of the new, improved and doubled tweet.

Heaven bless us!  And God bless America!
