DONALD TRUMP TO DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY: DEPORT TWIN PANDA BABIES

imageWASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles® ) –  Yesterday, we reported that the National Zoo’s female giant panda, Mei Xiang, gave birth to a cub, which Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump called an “anchor baby.”

It turns out that Mei Xiang gave birth to twin cubs a few hours apart, so now Trump has two panda  cubs he is calling anchor babies.

Today, Trump asked the National Zoo to turn over the twin cubs to the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) so that they can be deported back to China.

“We have to equally enforce our immigration laws,” Trump said. “We should treat animals in the same way we treat humans.  We should not allow people or animals to abuse our immigration system by coming to the United States and having babies.

If elected president, Trump promises to build a great wall along the southern border with Mexico, deport all undocumented immigrants and amend the U.S. constitutional provision on birthright citizenship.

UPDATE: A second cub was born to Mei Xiang, making two baby pandas that Donald Trump wants to be deported for being ‘anchor babies.’

WASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – At least he is consistent with his views on immigration and birthright citizenship.

Recently, Donald Trump laid out his immigration policy wherein he maintained that children born in America of undocumented immigrants should not be automatically considered U.S. citizens.

And that includes Chinese pandas born in the National Zoo.

Today, the National Zoo in Washington says there’s one more panda in the world after its female giant panda gave birth to a cub on Saturday.

Zoo spokeswoman Pamela Baker-Masson confirmed  that Mei Xiang gave birth to the cub at 5:35 p.m. If the cub survives, it would be the 17-year-old panda’s third surviving offspring. Mei Xiang’s first cub, Tai Shan, was born in 2005. Her second cub, Bao Bao, turns 2-years-old on Sunday.

Mei Xiang is on loan to the zoo from China and is therefore not a U.S. citizen.

Trump believes that in accordance with his immigration view, the newborn panda is an anchor baby and should therefore not be considered an American citizen.

Trump wants Mei Xiang’s entire family to be immediately deported.

MAKATI CITY, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – In the U.S., presidential candidate Donald Trump’s grand plan to curb illegal immigration is to build a great wall along the southern border with Mexico. In the Philippines, Vice President Jojo Binay, candidate for president in the 2016 elections, has a grand plan to end poverty in his country.

The Philippines is known for the wide gap between the rich and the poor, and nowhere is it more evident than in the Vice President’s own city of Makati. (Binay and his wife Elenita are ex-mayors of Makati and their son Junjun is the current, albeit suspended mayor).

In his plan, unveiled today at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati, Binay says he will erect giant billboards all over the country to hide the squatter shanties that are practically obliterating the beautiful skyline of progressive cities, including Makati.

“If we can’t lick ’em, then we should join ’em,” Binay said as he showed a model of what Makati’s skyline will look like with giant billboards hiding the squatter shanties from view. He said the cost of the building the  billboards will be offset by the rent to be paid for by the advertising companies.
