Mike Pence Comes Out Of Hiding, Defends Donald Trump

IMG_6242.PNGINDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (The Adobo Chronicles, Chicago Bureau) – In the hours after that Trump explosive audio tape surfaced in which the Republican presidential candidate said he would forcibly kiss women and grab their “p*ssy,” Mike Pence went into hiding to avoid the paparazzi and his own press pool.  There was no way he could ever defend his boss this time around.

But wait a minute. The Indiana governor called for a press conference scheduled for 6 p.m. tonite at the state capitol to finally break his silence about Trump’s devastating comments.

Sources close to Pence told The Adobo Chronicles that he will  deny the allegations that came with the audio tape.  “What he meant was cat, pussy cat,” the governor is expected to say.

Case closed.

Where In The World Is Mike Pence?

IMG_6225.JPGINDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (The Adobo Chronicles, Chicago Bureau) – During last week’s vice presidential debate, Mike Pence repeatedly denied the many  controversial statements that his running mate D0nald Trump had said in the campaign trail.

“Nonsense,” “That’s not true,” the Indiana governor kept saying as his Democratic opponent recited a litany of Trumpisms directed against Mexicans, Muslims, women and the disabled.

Today, however, the Republican vice presidential candidate could no longer defend his boss after an explosive audio surfaced in which Trump talked about forcibly kissing and groping women.

Pence hurriedly left an event he attended, ignoring questions from his own press pool. He has not been seen since.

Rumors have it that he had checked into a private clinic to consult with his mental health provider to help him deal with this latest Trump fiasco.  Others have reported seeing him enter a convent in Indianapolis, presumably to immerse himself in prayer and meditation.  Still, many are speculating that he has convened his closest advisers at an undisclosed location to decide whether or not he should withdraw from being Trump’s VP running mate.

Philippine President’s Communications Secretary: ‘The Second Coming Is Here!’

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Martin Andanar, Secretary of the Presidential Communications Office,  today announced to the Filipino people that the second coming of Jesus Christ is here!  And it is in the person of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

“We see a different Jesus, a cussing saviour out to free the Filipinos from the ‘gates of hell,’  Andanar said.  “It’s time to repent and follow the new Jesus, as I have.”

In an opinion piece published in the Daily Inquirer, Andanar compared his first meeting with Duterte in Davao City to when Jesus met the fishermen who would be his apostles at Galilee.

Andanar didn’t’ say which apostle he was — Simon Peter, James or John.
