Leni Robredo Very Disappointed She Wasn’t Invited to Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Wedding

So one can only imagine how very disappointed she was for not being invited to attend today’s wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

”Attending a Royal Wedding is a dream of the Vice President,” spokesperson Georgina Hernandez told The Adobo Chronicles.

Hernandez said Robredo was almost sure she would be invited  to the wedding after her recent visit to London to speak at the London School of Economics.  She reportedly sent feelers to the Buckingham Palace that she wanted to be at Prince Harry’s wedding.

Apparently, Queen Elizabeth, who has a hand in preparing the guest list, didn’t know who Robredo was.

It’s a wake up call for Robredo to consider making major changes with her PR team.

Philippines Could Become The Only Country In The World With Three Sitting Presidents

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The Philippines holds several world records but nothing could be more significant than the possiblity of a record of having three sitting Presidents. Simultaneously.

It’s looking more and more that Senate Minority Leader and actor-comedian Tito Sotto of the inseparable showbiz trio Tito, Vic (Sotto) and Joey (De Leon) could become the next Senate President, replacing Senator Koko Pimentel.

If that happens, the line of succession (based on the Philippine Constitution) would be as follows:

Philippine Senator Chiz Escudero Is World’s First Pregnant Heterosexual Man

This makes Escudero the world’s first pregnant heterosexual man.

Previously, Thomas Beatie held the disinction as the world’s first pregnant male. 

Beatie, a trans man, had gender reassignment surgery in March 2002 and became known as “The Pregnant Man” after he became pregnant through artificial insemination in 2007. Beatie chose to be pregnant because his wife Nancy was infertile, doing so with cryogenic donated sperm.

With Escudero’s pregnancy, the Philippines adds yet another listing in the Guinness Book of World Records.
