Agot Isidro: PR Firm Gets It On The Third Try

69FBB851-03A5-4C8E-A55B-BD97BDEEA5E4.jpegMANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Public Relations firms, like that of  DDI Strategic Communications (owned by PNoy spokesperson Edwin Lacierda), encounter many challenges in their day-to-day work.  Especially when they’re dealing with unknowns like Agot Isidro.

DDI was asked to produce a poster announcing that the Liberal Party/Resistance Coalition has tapped Isidro — the actress who once called President Duterte a ‘psychopath’ — to run for Senator in 2019.

The series of posters (see photo) shows that DDI incorrectly printed Agot’s name twice before it finally got it on the third try.

Try and try until you succeed!

Bongbong Marcos Asks Supporters To Write Supreme Court Justices To Declare Him Duly-Elected Vice President

2BFBFF9F-D32F-4BB6-87DF-749A146DFB1C.jpegMANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – It’s a campaign that boomeranged.

Solita Monsod called on Filipinos to write letters to the Supreme Court Justices to protest their ruling to oust Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, claiming that people power is more powerful than the people in power.

Incarcerated Senator Leila De Lima retweeted Monsod’s message and asked her supporters to write the letters to convince the Justices to reconsider their 8-6 vote.

Enter Bongbong Marcos who has a pending petition before the Supreme Court in connection with his claim that he was cheated out of the Vice Presidential elections in 2016.

So, Marcos launched his own campaign asking his supporters to write letters to the SC Justices to consider him the duly-elected Vice President of the Philippines.

”Eh kung puwede palang basta sumulat sa SC Justices to influence their rulings or decisions, di sali na rin ako diyan” Marcos told The Adobo Chronicles.
