She took to Twitter to complain about the camera feature of her phone, saying that it doesn’t work the way the salesperson told her it would.

Laurio complained that the camera feature of her phone took nothing but blurry photos of her and the enhancement and filter options were not working.

She tried many times to take a selfie with her OPPO, to no avail.

The Adobo Chronicles  spoke with an OPPO representative who said that there’s nothing wrong with their product.  “Our cameras take photos of people in exactly the way they look,” he said.

Nevertheless, Laurio wants a refund and says she’s planning to purchase an iPhone X instead, hoping she’d have better luck taking selfies with the popular Apple product.
