Mark Zuckerberg Partners With Adobo Chronicles To Give Away $4.5 Million Each To 1,000 Facebook Users

Well, if you can’t lick ’em, join ’em. That’s what Zuckerberg is doing exactly.

Today, Zuckerberg announced that he is partnering with Silicon Valley-based The Adobo Chronicles  to make the hoax a reality.

He is asking Facebook users to share the following message on their page:

Can’t wait to see who the lucky recipients are…According to Good Morning America, Not a hoax! Mark Zuckerberg has announced that he is giving away $45 billion of Facebook stock. What you may not have heard is that he plans to give 10% of it away to people like YOU and ME! All you have to do is to “like” AdoboChronicles.com and copy and paste this message into a post IMMEDIATELY. At midnight PST, Facebook will search through the day’s posts and award 1000 people with $4.5 million each as a way of saying thank you for making Facebook and The Adobo Chronicles such powerful vehicles for connection…let it be so! It’s worth a shot, right?

The 1,000 people selected to receive $4.5 million each will be announced on Good Morning America on Tuesday, December 29.

Ever wondered who among your Facebook friends like Donald Trump, or Ted Cruz, or Bernie Sanders, or Hillary Clinton? Hell, even George Bush or Dick Cheney?

If you are Filipino, do you know who among your friends support which presidential candidate: Mar Roxas, Rodrigo Duterte, Grace Poe, Jejomar Binay or Miriam Defensor-Santiago?

Easy. Thanks to Facebook’s brilliant algorithms and database.

All you need to do is log on to your Facebook account, and in the search box, type in: “My Facebook friends who like (fill in the blanks).”  The results may or may not surprise you, but we know of netizens who have unfriended people because of what their search revealed.

Technology has its ups, but also downs. And politics can be divisive.

CUPERTINO, California (The Adobo Chronicles) – The charity bug has finally caught up with tech companies in the Silicon Valley.

Following yesterday’s announcement by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan that they will be donating 99% of their wealth to charity, Apple has followed suit with an even better deal.

Apple CEO Tim Cook is set to announce today that effective January 1, 2016, the tech giant will donate 100% of its assets to its stockholders, making it the world’s largest asset divestiture in history.
