Jollibee BGC Reopens After 3-Day Quarantine!

BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Makati City Bureau) – After three days of being shut down and quarantined due to the crispy fried towel incident, the BGC Jollibee store finally re-opened with much fanfare.

Although Jollibee Foods Corporation has yet to release the results of its investigation on the incident whereby a customer complained that the Chicken Joy she ordered turned out to be “fried towel” instead, the BGC franchise store was reopened yesterday.

Jollibee top executives and personalities, including former Miss Universe Pia Wurtbach, assisted a smiling Mr. Jollibee himself in cutting the ceremonial ribbon. He even managed to flash the “No. 1” sign.

All’s well that ends well.
