DES MOINES, Iowa (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – After weeks of campaigning and not getting anywhere close to the large crowds that have marked rival Bernie Sanders’ political stomps, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is finally conceding.
Sanders has been attracting crowds of up to 20,000 in his campaign appearances while Clinton has mostly focused on small, intimate conversations with big political contributors.
Apparently, Clinton’s campaign strategy has not been working. As a matter of fact, Sanders now leads the former First Lady and Secretary of State in a recent poll in New Hampshire.
This morning, as she made the rounds at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, Clinton told reporters that she was conceding to Sanders.
She is conceding her campaign strategy and will start organizing big, grassroots-style gatherings throughout the country in order to better compete with the senator from Vermont.
