SAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – It’s been four years since the Philippines’ National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) announced that it was hunting former Comelec Chair Andy Bautista in the U.S.

Bautista has eluded a warrant of arrest and subpoena issued by the Senate which was conducting an investigation into his unexplained wealth as alleged by his own wife.

Perhaps NBI should engage the services of AI (Artificial Intelligence) to locate Bautista. After all, he could not have entered the U.S. without the proper passport and visa. Furthermore, Bautista is super active on Twitter and his location could easily be traced through the IP address being used.

Or is the NBI conceding that Bautista is outsmarting it? Not to mention the fact that the former Comelec chair may be a TNT expert. Tago ng Tago (always hiding)?
