It has also been criticized for uplholding a ban on Filipino men who go half-naked outside of their residences.
Today, Spokesperson Harry Roque clarified that the half-naked ban only applies to men who do not have a fit body or six-pack abs. “The beauty of Filipino men is part of our inherent natural resource,” Roque said.
