MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Vice President Leni Robredo has suddenly changed her tune regarding her demand for the government to explain the country’s P7.16 trillion national debt.

Earlier, she made this demand saying that President Rodrigo Duterte needs to be transparent on where government funds go.

But after she was told by her staff at OVP that P6.4 trillion of the P7.16 trillion national debt was inherited by Duterte from NoyNoy Aquino, Robredo then turned to the ex-President and asked for an explanation.

As of this writing, PNoy has not yet responded to Robredo’s demand.
