MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Rappler, the popular Philippine Internet news propaganda site, has announced that it will be ” aggresively deleting crude and disrespectful posts and comments that violate standards of civility.”
In a bold statement on its site, Rappler said, “Debates and discourse have always been anchored on basic principles of human decency, respect, and values.”
“We have zero tolerance for comments that curse, trash, degrade, humiliate and intimidate. Such behavior does little to inspire intelligent and informed discussion that is the foundation of a vibrant democracy.”
When asked by The Adobo Chronicles what word would trigger Rappler to delete comments from netizens, CEO Maria Ressa said, “the word ‘yellow.'”
So there you have it, dear netizens, post your comments on the Rappler site if you must, so long as you avoid using the word ‘yellow.’ The word is crude, disrespectful, lacking in human decency, respect and values.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (The Adobo Chronicles, Las Vegas Bureau) – Taking his cue from recent news reports that France had started to implement a “no burkini” policy in its beaches, Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump told reporters today that a similar rule will be implemented immediately at all Trump hotels and resorts.
But in order not be accused of racism or anti-religion, Trump has also decided to ban women of any color or creed from wearing towels on their heads in any public venues at his properties.
