Two Miracles Just Happened In Philippines’ Malacañang Palace

L-R: Estrada, Arroyo, Duterte, Ramos, NoyNoy. Was that Cory in the background?

MANILA. Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Malacañang, the Philippine presidential palace was witness to not one, but two miracles today, and one of them might just make the late President Cory Aquino the third Filipino saint.

The first miracle involved the five living Philippine presidents coming togethet in an unprecedented meeting captured in an iconic photograph — the incumbent Rodrigo Roa Duterte and past Presidents Joseph Estrada, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (just recently released from hospital arrest), Fidel Ramos, and NoyNoy Aquino.

But many are saying that the greater miracle was an official Malacañang photo of the five presidents mysteriously photobombed by the late President Cory Aquino.

It will be recalled that a Jesuit priest close to the Aquino family called for the start of a process of sainthood for Cory now that she’s eligible to be beatified. As per rules of the Catholic Church, beatification can only begin six years after a person’s death. Cory died of colon cancer in August 2009.

Will the sainthood process now be expedited with this miracle in Malacañang?

ROANOKE, Virginia (The Adobo Chronicles, Washington Bureua) – During a campaign speech held at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center on Monday,  Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump repeatedly complained about the hotel’s air conditioning system.

Trump said he felt like he was “in a sauna” and warned he might not pay the bill.

Onstage, Trump, owner of luxury hotels, said, “I don’t know what hotel this is, but you ought to try turning on the air conditioning or we’re not going to get you paid.”

The hotel management said that there was nothing wrong with their air conditioning system, and blamed the number of guests in the room and the doors being open for hours to let in Trump’s supporters.

A Trump supporter who spoke on condition of anonymity, confirmed that the real problem was that the presidential candidate was having a hot flash. “It wasn’t the air conditioning,” he said.
