DONALD TRUMP EJECTS UNIVISION ANCHOR FROM PRESS CONFERENCE, SAYS HE WAS JUST FOLLOWING OBAMA’S EXAMPLE

WASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump not only ignored questions on immigration from UNIVISION anchor Jorge Ramos; The Donald also had him escorted out of the press conference.

Responding to criticism about the incident, Trump said he was merely following the example of President Barack Obama who had a transgender activist heckler, Jennicet Gutiérrez  escorted out of an event at the White House recently. Gutiérrez was protesting the Obama administration’s deportation and treatment of transgender immigrants.

Trump posted on his Twitter page: “So why am I being singled out for the very same things  that Democrats — including the president —  are guilty of?”

Hmmm.

FILIPINO BOXER MANNY PACQUIAO: SENATOR FOR ALL RIVAL PARTIES

pacquiaoMANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – Filipino champion boxer Manny Pacquiao, as many already know, is an elected representative of Philippine Congress.  He represents his province of Sarangani.

Pacquiao is a member of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), the party of incumbent Vice President Jejomar Binay, who is one of the declared candidates for president in 2016.  So it just makes sense that if Pacquiao were to run for Senator, he would do so under the UNA ticket, right?

Not necessarily.

Pacquiao is also being wooed by the ruling Liberal Party of President NoyNoy Aquino who has anointed his Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas as the party’s presidential bet.

But the story doesn’t end there.

Senators Grace Poe and Chiz Escudero  who have been endorsed by a third party, the National People’s Coalition (NPC) as either presidential candidates both, or as a president-vice president tandem, are also considering Pacquiao to be part of their senatorial ticket.

Apparently, Pacquiao is seen as a sure winner and all the parties want him on their respective tickets. The decision is now in the boxer’s corner.

‘Pacman’ is extremely popular and is best known politically as the top absentee legislator in the current Congress.  Well, that counts for something, we guess.

FOUR OF DONALD TRUMP’S FIVE CHILDREN ARE ANCHOR BABIES, FACE DEPORTATION

WASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is about to get a dose of his own medicine.

Trump has been very vocal in the campaign trail about his dislike for immigrants and has called on the Department of Homeland Security to deport all anchor babies — children born in the U.S. to non-citizen mothers.

Well, Homeland Security came knocking on his door (Tower, actually) with a deportation order for four of his five children.

Except for Tiffany (daughter of Marla Maples),  the rest of the Trump children are anchor babies, born to immigrant mothers Ivana from Czechoslovakia and Melania from Slovenia.

Trump’s own mother, Mary Ann MacLeod was born in Scotland which would technically make The Donald an anchor baby himself.  Will he also get the boot from Homeland Security?
