New york times: JOE BIDEN IS AN ALCOHOLIC!

NEW YORK, New York (The Adobo Chronicles, New York Bureau) – As the entire country of America is in a somber mood because Thanksgiving cannot be celebrated in the same tradition citizens are used to due to the coronavirus pandemic, The New York Times heralded a surprise fact about President-elect Joe Biden.

In a headline story about a Thanksgiving message delivered by Biden to American, NYT revealed that the former Vice President is an alcoholic.

But the good news is, the Times reported that when Biden delivered his message, he was “sober.”

And all the while, Americans thought it was Donald Trump who is never sober.

Now we know.

ROBREDOS MISSPELL OVP

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Quezon City Bureau) – It was supposed to be a night of celebration by the one big family Robredo, but the joy of having a new doctor in Tricia turned sour. Thanks to the wrong balloons.

The second family of all girls was celebrating Tricia’s passing of the Physician Licensure Exam by holding up huge balloons that was supposed to spell OVP ( Office of the Vice President) for that proverbial photo op. Alas, they held up balloons that spelled “OBF.”

Some netizen fans of mom Leni Robredo justified the photo posted on the VP’s Facebook page by interpreting the letters to mean “Office of tbe Bise Fresident,” but that was pushing it a bit too far.

Regardless, we wish to congratulate Tricia for a job well done! That was one big fight!

ELECTION PROTEST: Philippine supreme court declares leni robredo whiner!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The electoral protest filed by Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo in connection with the 2016 Vice Presidential elections has remained in limbo for several years now.

Today, the Supreme Court of the Philippines, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) has finally declared Robredo the whiner in the contest.

Despite the matter considered sub judice, where parties in a case pending in court are prohibited from publicly discussing related issues, the Robredo camp has been vocal in criticizing Marcos for his persistent attempts to assert his legal rights.

As a matter of fact, the Robredo camp just this week called Marcos a “spoiled brat” for once again pushing a Supreme Court (SC) justice to inhibit from the electoral protest he filed against Robredo.

In an en banc resolution, the PET admonished Robredo to stop whining and let the case proceed accordingly.
