AI Generates Twitter Conversation Between Maria Ressa And Leila De Lima!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – In a country where Democracy is supposedly dead and that people die by a thousand cuts, a local court today acquitted Senator Leila de Lima in one of two remaining cases that have put her in incarceration for more than five years now.

What happens now to Nobel lauriat Maria Ressa’s narrative that enabled her to snatch the Nobel Peace Prize from other deserving freedom fighters?

The Adobo Chronicles asked AI (Artificial Intelligence) to generate a Twitter conversation between Ressa and de Lima, and here is what it came up with:

Former Comelec Chair Andy Bautista Outsmarts the NBI!

SAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – It’s been four years since the Philippines’ National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) announced that it was hunting former Comelec Chair Andy Bautista in the U.S.

Bautista has eluded a warrant of arrest and subpoena issued by the Senate which was conducting an investigation into his unexplained wealth as alleged by his own wife.

Perhaps NBI should engage the services of AI (Artificial Intelligence) to locate Bautista. After all, he could not have entered the U.S. without the proper passport and visa. Furthermore, Bautista is super active on Twitter and his location could easily be traced through the IP address being used.

Or is the NBI conceding that Bautista is outsmarting it? Not to mention the fact that the former Comelec chair may be a TNT expert. Tago ng Tago (always hiding)?

Family Of Electrocuted Man Fined $200!

NEW CASTLE, Delaware (The Adobo Chronicles, Delaware Bureau) – Touching wires in tramways is a no-no, as it could cause electrocution. Nothing could be more clear than the huge notice put up by the Newcastle Tramway Authority.

The NTA warns the riding public that touching wires could cause instant death. It goes further to say that violators will be fined $200.

Well, a man ignored the sign, touched the wires and was instantly electrocuted and killed. So who pays the fine now?

The NTA has filed a lawsuit demanding that the $200 plus daily interest be paid by the next of kin of the decreased man.

Moral of the story: The law haunts you even after death.
