BOBBY JINDAL SUES DONALD TRUMP FOR PLAGIARISM

imageBATON ROUGE, Louisiana (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – First, it was former Philippine First Lady Imelda Marcos who accused Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump of plagiarizing her husband Ferdinand E. Marcos’ famous campaign line, “This nation will be great again.” Now it is Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s turn and is suing the real estate mogul.

The Jindal campaign said it will file the plagiarism lawsuit against Trump in superior court this morning.

The suit alleges that Trump copied Jindal’s campaign slogan of “Tanned. Tested. Ready.” It was a theme printed on limited-edition 2016 presidential campaign t-shirts designed and distributed by the Jindal camp.

Trump’s campaign released a poster, albeit tweaked a little bit, that had the slogan, “Blonde. Fired Up. Ready.”image

Jindal criticized Trump not only for lack of originality, but also for racist overtures on his plagiarized slogan.

JINDAL: “CONFEDERATE FLAG A SYMBOL OF MY WHITE HERITAGE”

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (The Adobo Chronicles® ) –  He considers himself a tanned, white boy from Louisiana.

Governor and GOP presidential candidate, Piyush “Bobby” Jindal, 44, has become famous for a self portrait that hangs in the Louisiana state capitol –  a visibly Caucasian chief executive.

In a limited-edition campaign t-shirt for his 2016 presidential bid, he used a very catchy slogan that says, “Tanned. Rested. Ready.”Jindal-Tee-Shirt-150x150

Today, during an interview on FOX News on the topic of the confederate flag being removed from South Carolina’s statehouse grounds, Jindal proclaimed:  “Like the same-sex marriage issue, I believe this should be decided on by the states, not the courts. Let the people’s voices be heard. Like many others who hail from the great Creole state, the Confederate flag is a symbol of my (white) heritage, and that heritage has nothing to do with racism or hate.”

Is Jindal trying to be an opposite version of Rachel Dolezal, the former NAACP leader in Washington state who came under fire recently for claiming to be black?

Nah, he really is a white boy who is just tanned. Or sun-burnt.

CLOWNS PROTEST LOUISIANA GOVERNOR BOBBY JINDAL’S WHITE FACE CAMPAIGN GIMMICK

Will the real Bobby Jindal please step forward?

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – When Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal officially launched his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination in the 2016 elections, he donned a “white face” make-up to mimic that of a clown.

Jindal is the 13th Republican to announce a presidential bid.

The governor was made up as a clown to convey a message to his supporters that the Republican race for nomination is like a circus, with everyone trying to throw his hat into the ring, even without the necessary qualifications (read: Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Rick Santorum, Jeb Bush).

“I represent true statesmanship, fiscal accountability, leadership, management expertise and have the presidential qualities that none of my Republican opponents possess,” Jindal said.

While Jindal drew cheers from his supporters, a group of professional clowns gathered in front of the state capitol to protest Jindal’s clowning gimmick, saying that the governor’s antics were distasteful and was a big insult to them.

Clowns are supposed to be funny, smart and endearing.  “Jindal is none of those,” the clowns said.

“He didn’t even do a good make-up job,” they added.

The incident reminded Americans about the 1992 presidential campaign in which then Vice President George H. Bush called Bill Clinton and Al Gore “bozos.”
