Leni Robredo Wants To Stop Comelec Release Of Election 2022 Transmission Log

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Just hours after the Philippines’ Commission Elections (Comelec) announced it was ready to publicly release the transmission log in the 2022 Presidential elections, defeated candidate Atty. Leni Robredo asked the poll body to desist from doing so.

The Comelec was responding to requests for the release of the transmission log in connection with 20 Million votes that came in after the polls closed on May 9, 2022.

Bongbong Marcos defeated Robredo in a landslide vote.

Asked by The Adobo Chronicles, Robredo said that her own lawyers and computer experts had already said they did not find any incidence of election cheating.

“Besides the release of the transmission log could only prove that I lost the election by an overwhelming vote of the Filipino people. That would be adding insult to injury,” she said.

The former VP added that she would prefer a cloud of doubt to hover over the election results so that she could at least hold on to her dignity as a candidate.

CamSur Sangguniang Panlalawigan Disowns Leni Robredo!

NAGA CITY, Camarines Sur (The Adobo Chronicles, Naga Bureau) – Defeated Presidential Candidate Leni Robredo may be the “daughter” of Camarines Sur, but that didn’t stop the province’s Sangguniang Panlalawigan from disowning her.

Today, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan approved a resolution declaring President Bongbong Marcos as an “adopted son of Camarines Sur.”

The resolution was an offshoot of a recent announcement from Marcos that he will soon launch his national housing flagship program, “Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH)” in Naga City, hometown of Robredo.

The Adobo Chronicles tried to reach Robredo for comment to no avail. We’ll try again tomorrow.
