On Friday, all city and municipal councils of Ilocos simultaneously approved resolutions declaring Maharlika persona non grata.The resolutions condemned the vlogger’s story-telling lies regarding the Marcoses, especially First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos.
“We have no tolerance for her sour-graping ang gossiping,” the Ilocanos said, “just because she was not given a plantilla position in the Marcos administration.”
PASIG CITY, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Pasig City Bureau) – The newly-erected “The Victor” in Pasig City, said to be taller than the Statue of Liberty, is actually a statue of the late former Senator Ninoy Aquino.
The final artwork was unveiled on the eve of Ninoy Aquino Day which commemorates his assassination 40 years ago.
Ninoy’s image, however, is only visible through a special magnifier lens camera similar to one owned by The Adobo Chronicles’ Jake Don.
MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) -Just hours after the Ombudsman released its decision to dismiss from service the Chief and the Assistant General Manager of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) for abuse of authority and misconduct, Malacañang released the shortlist of candidates to replace the MIAA chief. (MIAA oversees the management and operations of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, or NAIA which will be renamed Manila International Airport on Monday, August 21.)
The shortlist includes Rodrigo Duterte supporters and others who campaigned for Bongbong Marcos in the 2022 presidential elections in the hopes of getting appointed to a key and juicy position in the administration. Most, are vloggers.
