MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Reacting to an ABS-CBN News exclusive report that mussels were found dead in Manila Bay, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has ordered an all-out manhunt for the murderers.

Speaking with The Adobo Chronicles, Moreno said it is his administration’s policy to protect the lives and well-being of all constituents, humans and non-humans alike.

A P1 Million-peso reward awaits any citizen who could provide information that would lead to the arrest of the murderers.
