THE VATICAN (The Adobo Chronicles, Rome Bureau) – Yesterday, we reported that Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was proclaimed by Pope Francis a Living Saint, second only to the late Mother Theresa of Calcutta.
Well, it looks like the Pope is on a roll about naming living Saints.
Today, The Vatican announced that Francis has proclaimed Sister Patricia Fox as another living Saint.
Fox is the Australian nun who has just been deported from the Philippines for violating the terms of her travel visa to the country.
The Vatican said that Fox has been designated the Patron Saint of deportees.
