MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The Movie and Television Ratings and Classification Board (MTRCB), has just unveiled its news special rating for local films and television shows.
The new rating, SPG, is aimed at protecting the sensibility of the Filipino people.
