MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Yesterday, The Adobo Chronicles reported on a national survey which showed that “16 out of 100 million Filipinos opposed President Rodrigo Duterte’s declaration of Martial Law in Mindanao.

We were wrong, and we sincerely apologize.

There are actually 17, not 16 Filipinos, who are opposed to the Mindanao Martial Law.

We inadevertently forgot to count Senator Bam Aquino among the survey respondents who expressed disapproval of Martial Law in Mindanao.

Apparently, during our tabulation, our vision was impaired because of the bright yellow t-shirt worn by the senator.  It was too glaring for our tabulators.

Again, our apologies.
