WASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles) – Donald Trump says he will build the wall.  He says Mexico will pay for the cost later.  Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Former Mexican President Vicente Fox Quesada said Mexico will not pay for the wall.  The Republicans in Congress say the wall will be built, regardless.

So, how will the wall be funded?  Here’s Trump’s plan:

When individual taxpayers file their 2016 income tax this year, they will be assessed a non-refundable $65 as a “wall fee.”

How did Trump come up with the amount?

The estimated cost to build the wall is $8 Billion.  That’s a conservative estimate.

There are 123 Million Americans who pay federal income tax.

Divide $8 Billion by 123 taxpayers.

There you have it: $65 per tax filer, and the wall will be all paid for.
