SINGAPORE (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte’s  recent ‘admission’ that he personally killed drug addicts when he was mayor of Davao City has made headlines around the world.  And there is no stopping him from more admissions.

Today, the rogue president admitted to reporters in Singapore that he, indeed, is a psychopath as claimed by his critics and opponents.

But in explaining Duterte’s statement, Secretary Martin Andanar of the Presidential Communications Group said that what the president was trying to say was that he was psychologically sound to pursue a path of peace, progress and prosperity for the Philippines and the Filipino people.
