Manila, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Forget the Hot Cop of Castro. There’s a new face (and body) that’s causing a lot of heads to turn. And yes, he’s a cop – real cop.

Police Officer 2 (PO2) Mariano Flormata, Jr., a.k.a. Neil Perez, is one of the contestants in a male beauty pageant, Misters of the Philippines 2014. The pageant will be held in Manila this September.

Flormata is no newbie to the runway. His most recent assignment is with the Aviation Security Group at Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s Terminal 3. Get it? Runway?

He is trained in bomb disposal and aircraft hijacking, so don’t try any tricks on him.
