NEW YORK, New York  (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – The word war between Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and FOX News seems to be coming to an end, thanks to  an agreement recently made between Trump and FOX News Chairman Roger Ailes.

Earlier in the week, Ailes was quoted as saying to Trump, ‘We resolve this now…or go to war.’

It all started during the first Republican presidential debate when FOX News moderator Megyn Kelly asked Trump about his past comments that were degrading to women.

On her Wednesday broadcast, Kelly announced she would be taking a vacation, starting immediately. “It’s been an interesting week,” Kelly said, adding “It’s been six months since I’ve had a vacation.”

Almost simultaneously, the Trump campaign announced that their candidate has cancelled  all his campaign and media appearances for the next 10 days.

It is highly unlikely that Kelly and Trump will be vacationing in the same resort, but it would be interesting to see — after both come back from vacation — who would have a darker tan.
