KRIS AQUINO’S NEWLY-EARNED TITLE : ‘TELL-ALL QUEEN’

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Actress and television host Kris Aquino has just added a new title to her name : Tell-all Queen.

The younger sister of President NoyNoy Aquino is known as the ‘Queen of All Media’ and the ‘Oprah Winfrey’ of the Philippines (or so she wished).

Her newest accolade came just days after she publicly revealed details of her botched romantic relationship with former child actor and now mayor of Quezon City Herbert Bautista.

In a post on her blog titled “The State of My Heart,” Aquino described how after a few months of being in a relationship, a “tired” Bautista popped “the least romantic proposal a woman has ever received.” She apparently said ‘yes’ to Bautista’s marriage proposal.

Aquino is known as a celebrity who can’t seem to keep her personal life in wraps. Previously, she made public what she described as her abusive relationship with a married politician, Joey Marquez, and accused him of giving her a sexually-transmitted disease.

Recently, amid rumors that her president brother was ‘dating’ Miss Philippines-Universe Pia Wurtzbach, Aquino promised — during a live broadcast — that she would make for a great sister-in-law.

Speaking to reporters today, Aquino said she was humbled but very appreciative of the new title given to her and promised to do her best to live up to it.

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Despite her failed marriage to basketball player James Yap, television host and actress Kris Aquino said she still wants to get married again one day. The couple’s marriage was officially annulled in 2012.

‘Everybody should get married,’ Kris said, ‘but when I’m ready, okay?’

Speaking of being ready, Kris’ older brother, President NoyNoy Aquino,56, told reporters yesterday that he is ready for marriage, “if the right person comes along.”

Like sister, like brother.

The betting has begun among gambling-loving Pinoys: who’s gonna get married first, Kris or NoyNoy?

PHILIPPINE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES WOOING THE SAME VICE PRESIDENTIAL RUNNING MATES

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – The two declared Philippine presidential candidates seem to be thinking very much alike. Well, almost.

Media reports recently revealed that Mar Roxas, President Aquino’s Interior and Local Government secretary, has established plans A, B, C and D in as far as picking his vice presidential running mate in the 2016 elections is concerned.

Roxas’ first choice is Senator Grace Poe who remains in the top spot in national polls to as the people’s preference for president. Second is Batangas Governor and former film actress Vilma Santos . Third is Leni Robredo, widow of the late Local Government secretary Jesse Robredo. And fourth is presidential sister and television host Kris Aquino.

Today, The Adobo Chronicles® learned through very reliable sources that Vice President Jejomar Binay has the exact same plan for choosing his VP runningmate except for one potential candidate. Binay’s plan B consists of multi-awarded actress Nora Aunor lnstead of Vilma Santos.

Women’s groups are praising the candidates’ choices being that all are women.

However, it appears that after back and forth failed negotiations, both candidates are now left with no other option than to go with plan D.

The ball is now in the hands of Kris Aquino.
