President Bongbong Marcos Not Ready For Health Undersecretary Vergeire

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – President Bongbong Marcos has been criticized for his failure to appoint a Health Secretary for almost a year. Critics have said that this should been a priority with the Philippines just coming out of the negative impact of Covid-19 not only on the health of Filipinos but of the economy in general.

Marcos, however, appointed Health Undersecretary Maria Vergeire as Office-in-Charge.

Vergeire had previously said she was not interested nor ready to be the top official of the department.

But early this year, Vergeire said she was now ready to become Health Secretary.

Too bad.

Marcos was not ready for her, as the president has just appointed a new Health Secretary, Dr. Teodoro Herbosa.

Moral of the story: never say never because it may come back to haunt you.

Bb. Maharlika To Run For Senator In 2025!

LOS ANGELES, California (The Adobo Chronicles, Los Angeles Bureau) – She may not have been given the juicy and powerful government position she was aspiring for under the Marcos administration, but vlogger Maharlika has another way to get there. She is running for senator in 2025.

None of the existing political parties or coalitions have expressed any interest in including her in their senatorial line up so she is forming her own independent party.

It’s named the MBP: Maharlika Boljak Party.

She has received her first endorsement from a top fan netizen, and our reliable sources tell us that Atty. Glenn Chong, the fierce opponent of election contractor Smartmatic, will be supporting her candidacy.

Video Clips Reveal The True Bb. Maharlika

LOS ANGELES, California (The Adobo Chronicles, Los Angeles Bureau) – Video clips of vlogger Bb. Maharlika reveal her true self : a noisy “beach” and a spurned Marcos loyalist.

In this clip, Maharlika admits to being nothing but an empty noise.

In a second clip gathered by The Adobo Chronicles, Maharlika all but admits she was a rabid supporter of Bongbong Marcos, personally attending the June 30 inauguration of the then newly-elected president along with Atty. Glenn Chong.

Alas, perhaps because she wasn’t given any important and juicy position in the new administration, she turned sour against President Marcos, particularly the First Lady.
