ANN COULTER WANTS BOTH LEGAL AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS DEPORTED, ADMITS BEING A RACIST

NEW YORK, New York (The Adobo Chronicles) – “Somalians leaving the U.S. to join ISIS are legal immigrants; Hmongs raping young girls are legal immigrants.”

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter used these examples — plus so-called anchor babies, welfare recipients and the prison population — to suggest that all immigrants — legal or illegal — should be deported because they are destroying the fabric of America.

Coulter has been making the rounds of radio and television talk shows to promote her theory that immigration is the greatest threat to the country.  She says so in her new book, “Adios, America.”

But the attention-seeker Coulter made it clear that she has nothing against immigrants coming from First World countries; she only doesn’t like Mexicans, and Chinese, and Filipinos, and Somalians, and Hmongs — practically anyone who is from the Third World.

Asked if she considered herself a racist, Coulter told FOX News: “Yes, I am, in the  sense that I love the white race.”

PHILIPPINES’ 2016 ELECTIONS WILL SEE NORA AUNOR VS. VILMA SANTOS

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – The 2016 Philippine presidential elections just got more interesting.

Vice President Jejomar Binay and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte  were both hoping to enlist Senator Grace Poe as their vice presidential running mate, but the popular and well-loved senator has all but rejected both offers.  She is contemplating on running for president herself.

In an effort to boost their quest for the presidency, Binay and Duterte have named their respective choice for a running mate. Duterte says that his choice for a VP running mate is Batangas Governor Vilma Santos while Binay has picked multi-awarded actress Nora Aunor.  Filipinos, of course, know that in their younger years, Santos and Aunor were rivals for the title of movie superstar. Santos  was a former movie star herself. It would be  déjà vu for both actresses if they decide to face each other in the election.

So how about Grace Poe, herself the daughter of two famous actors, the late Fernando Poe, Jr. (who ran unsuccessfully for president five years ago) and movie queen Susan Roces?

Interior Secretary Mar Roxas, the presumptive heir to partymate President NoyNoy Aquino wanted Poe to be his VP running mate but the latter has refused. So Roxas is left with no potential strong running mate.

Poe, on the other hand, is leaning towards drafting actor Bong Revilla, Jr. as her running mate.  Unfortunatelty, if Revilla would indeed be Poe’s VP choice, he has to campaign from inside his jail cell.  Revilla is currently incarcerated for charges of corruption .

Forget about ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ How about ‘Elections with the Stars?’ It’s really more fun in the Philippines!

THE PHILIPPINES’ BBL: MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

BBLMANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Everyone in the Philippines is talking about BBL, or the Bangsamoro Basic Law.  It is a proposed law intended to establish the Bangsamoro political entity and provide for its basic government structure which will replace the existing Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

The proposed law is based on the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro, the peace agreement signed between the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.

The administration of President Aquino is pressing hard for its approval while more and more senators are urging to amend the draft on the grounds that it is, in its present form, unconstitutional.

Public opinion against the proposed law is increasing, with many saying that the government is basically selling the nation’s sovereignty, leading up to the total separation of the entire island of Mindanao from the Philippines.

A March 2015 survey conducted by public opinion polling group Pulse Asia found that 44% of Filipinos were opposed to the law’s passage, with only 22% supporting its passage.

Well, it turns out that this whole issue of the BBL is much ado about nothing.

A quick search on Google Maps shows that BBL is but a small sub-location in the municipality of Marilao, Batangas province. Giving up even  the entire sub-location to the Muslim rebel groups would result in only a small dent in the preservation of the country’s sovereignty.
