MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Ex-Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon didn’t get it. She “liked” a comment to her Twitter post where she alluded to “intelligence funds” by top administration officials.
In her post, Guanzon said she has wanted to celebrate her birthday in Singapore (like President Bongbong Marcos), but that she had no intelligence funds, just intelligence.
When a netizen responded that she (Guanzon) had neither the intelligence, she “liked it.”
