SAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – The much-awaited announcement by Elon Musk of the new Twitter CEO finally came today: NBCUniversal’s Linda Yaccarino, an executive with deep ties to the advertising industry.
But just hours after the announcement, and following a televised one-on-one forum between Musk and Yaccarino, the new CEO was fired.
The reason? Elon Musk realized he had nothing in common with the lady.
During the forum, Musk rejected almost every single suggestion by Yaccarino on plans to take the social media platform to the next level.
Clearly, Musk rejects anyone trying to influence him — even his CEO.
