PHILIPPINES: Fertilizer Shortage Blamed On Leni Robredo’s Zero Defecation Program!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – ABS-CBN News is reporting that the Philippines’ Agriculture Department has confirmed that there is an ongoing shortage of fertilizer. Such shortage is having a great impact on the country’s agricultural productivity.

In an exclusive interview with The Adobo Chronicles, Agriculture Secretary William Dar attributed the shortage to the Office of the Vice President’s program on ”zero defecation.’

VP Leni Robredo outlined the zero defecation program in a past interview with Ka Ely on her weekly radio program.
