MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Rappler, owned by Nobel Peace Prize laureate and convicted criminal Mara Ressa wants to take back Twitter!

Rappler, the least trusted news brand in the Philippines according to a study by the Reuters Institute on the Study of Journalism at Oxford University, made known its intention in what it described as its own investigation on Twitter and other social media networks by supporters and followers of presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos.

In its report, Rappler said members of the ”Marcos network” are dominating conversations on Twitter and are spreading lies on Facebook and Tiktok.

Previously, Ressa had demanded to take back the Internet, a ”movement” that obviously failed miserably, so now she is refocusing on Twitter.
