THE VATICAN (The Adobo Chronicles, Rome Bureau) – In a tweet on the eve of Sunday when millions of Catholics will troop to churches to attend Holy Mass, Pope Francis tweeted that “Love of God and love of neighbour should be the two cornerstones of our lives.”

Shortly thereafter, the Pope gave a rare interview with The Adobo Chronicles and we asked the Holy Father to elaborate on his tweet.

His answer:

“A perfect example is the Philippines.  The Filipino people are an epitome of love of God and love of neighbour.  They love God and they love China.”
