MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – GMA News is reporting that ‘investigative journalist’ and twitterer Raissa Robles won an award for her book on the Marcos Martial Law, “Never Again.”

The award was handed out by some unheard of organization known as the National Book Development Board (NBDB).

Robles’ book won the top prize in the fiction category.
