MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Very reliable information gathered by the Office of the Vice President  has led Leni Robredo to suspect that a revolutionary government (revgov) is about to be established in the Philippines.

The information is quite distressing for the Vice President because it would mean that she will not only lose her first-in-line status to succeed President Duterte, but it could also lead to the total elimination of the VP position under a Federal form of government.

Well, by the powers vested in her by the Yellow Oligarchs and pro-Liberal Party elements, Robredo today declared Martial Law throughout the country and appointed herself the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

The Martial Law proclamation came at noon today, with the Vice President flanked by the Secretary of National Defense and the top brass of the AFP.

Robredo’s surprise move fulfills her campaign promise during the 2016 presidential debate in which she proclaimed, “May the best woman win.”
