WASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles, Washington Bureau) – Speaking at Saturday night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, President Barack Obama finally revealed his choice of presidential candidate to succeed him when he leaves office in January next year. And it is not Hillary Clinton.

Obama’s announcement shocked not just his audience but also the candidate he officially endorsed — Bernie Sanders — who happened to be in attendance.

With these few but emphatic words, Obama officially announced Sanders as his anointed one:

“Feel the Bern, feel the Bern!”
