HOLLYWOOD, California (The Adobo Chronicles) – Beginning in 2017, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) will add a third category to its annual Golden Globe Awards.

HFPA announced the new category after being deluged with criticism about tonight’s Golden Globe award for ‘The Martian’ and Matt Damon for Best Picture and Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy.

The new category will be ‘Motion Picture That’s Neither Drama Nor Musical or Comedy.’

Film producers and actors applauded the HFPA announcement because it would increase their chances of getting nominated or awarded for the Golden Globes.
