MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Like any other city in the world, Manila has its share of vandals, especially at a time like this when the Philippines is hosting world leaders attending the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.

An anti-Obama Filipino man was caught on camera, painting graffiti on a bridge overpass wall.

Using a red spray paint, the man wanted to write his protest message of “Obama not welcome.”

He was caught on camera — misspelling the word, “welcome.”

If you’re going to vandalize, make sure you know how to spell correctly.
