P1 A Year No Big Loss For Filmmaker Paul Soriano As He Resigns His Position Of Presidential Adviser On Creative Communications.

Filmmaker and Toni Gonzaga husband Paul Soriano has tendered his resignation as President Bongbong Marcos’ adviser on creative communications.

While the nation collectively scratches its head trying to recall any creative communication achievements during Soriano’s term, one thing is crystal clear: he was compensated a whopping P1 a year. Perhaps it was a strategic move to stimulate the economy, as Soriano’s financial contribution to the nation was roughly equivalent to a candy bar.

Speculation abounds regarding Soriano’s motives for stepping down, with insiders suggesting he may have realized that neither a symbolic salary nor an ambiguous role in creative communications was doing wonders for his personal or professional growth.

One can only imagine the riveting creative communications strategies he must have devised during his tenure – perhaps the art of silence and the power of invisibility were among his greatest hits.

As Soriano bids farewell to his P1-a-year post, the nation remains perplexed, wondering if this was an epic cinematic plot twist or just another scene in the absurd theater of Philippine politics.

President Bongbong Marcos Finally Breaks Silence On Cousin House Speaker Martin Romualdez

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – President Bongbong Marcos, the master of eloquence and statesmanship, has finally broken his silence regarding his cousin, House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

Romualdez has been making headlines recently regarding his reaction to former President Rodrigo Duterte’s criticism of Congress, as well as the ouster of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as Deputy House Speaker.

When asked by The Adobo Chronicles for his opinion on Romualdez’s recent statements and actions, Marcos left the nation in awe with his profound response: “No Comment.”

This insightful and deeply reflective answer from the President reveals his unparalleled ability to navigate the complex world of politics. It’s as if he has transcended the need for words, leaving us all in rapt contemplation of the profound wisdom that must be concealed behind his enigmatic smile.

In a world filled with pressing issues and national concerns, President Marcos’s choice to withhold his sage-like insights is a beacon of hope for a nation that craves his guidance.

Surely, we should all follow his lead and embrace the power of “No Comment” as the ultimate solution to the world’s problems.

Confidential Funds No More!

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it seems like the esteemed senators of the Philippines have made a bold move to remove those pesky confidential funds from government agencies with civilian functions. Bravo! Finally, we’re taking a stand against secrecy and leveling the playing field, or so they say.

But here’s the kicker: we have no idea how much money this will save us, the unsuspecting taxpayers. It’s almost like they want us to trust them blindly. How generous!

Oh, and let’s not forget the legislators’ noble sacrifice of giving up their beloved pork barrel funds. Now, they want to make sure government agencies can’t enjoy any perks either. It’s only fair, right? Who needs healthcare, infrastructure, and education anyway? Our senators and congressmen certainly don’t.

So, in this brave new world without pork barrel funds (if they indeed vanish into thin air), each senator will save us a whopping P200 million, and each member of the House of Representatives will save P70 million. What a relief for our hardworking legislators! At least we know where their priorities lie.
