In a bold move proving that some mistakes are simply too iconic to fix, The Manila Times published an erratum that managed to be just as erroneous as the original blunder.
Clearly committed to their craft, the editorial team seems to believe in the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mantra, or in this case, “if it’s broke, double down.”
One can only assume the next erratum will issue a heartfelt apology for the erratum of the erratum, inadvertently adding a third mistake to the pile. At this rate, they’ll soon be publishing a trilogy of corrections!
