Ah, the irony of Rigoberto Tiglao, once a loyal mouthpiece for former President Arroyo, now riding high on his moral high horse to critique the Marcos administration. How the mighty have fallen, or in Tiglao’s case, stumbled off their steed.
From left to right, Tiglao’s political compass spins faster than a weather vane in a hurricane, as he dances to the tune of administration favors. Accused of incompetency and living the high life while representing the nation abroad, Tiglao’s credibility resembles a house of cards in a windstorm. Oh, and did we already mention that his media colleagues have fact-checked many of his claims?
But fear not, for Tiglao has donned the mantle of a prophet of doom, warning of the perils of the Marcos administration. Yet, his sudden disdain seems more like the pot calling the kettle black, a traitor to the nation’s trust, and a cautionary tale of political opportunism at its finest.
