SAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – Elon Musk may be more tolerant of controversial and offensive posts than Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, but the Twitter owner does not condone violence.
As of today, Twitter has permanently taken down the account of ex-Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon after she insinuated the use of violence in dealing with online bashers and trolls. Her statement was accompanied by a photo of her holding a gun.
“This is definitely against our community guidelines,” Musk said, “and I will not allow any Twitter account holder to use my platform to instigate any form of crime or violence.”
